Good news is that there are things you can do beforehand to make your ceremonies gentler 🌿💖🕊️ Plant ceremonies can be incredibly powerful, but they also come with a big energetic responsibility. Society teaches us that the more we push, the further it will get us in life. But I'm learning that nature, the plants, and the medicine teach us a different lesson – about the importance of softness. Hi, I'm Min! Here's a quick intro to who I am, and what I do. ❤️ Sometimes, I observe people coming to Ayahuasca 🌿 as a means to escape from their real life... Is Ayahuasca calling you? Or maybe you're just coming back from your first retreat... Music 🎵 has always been more than just entertainment. The top 3 reasons I see people sit with the medicine, as an Ayahuasca apprentice are… This past month had been a challenge and a half ❤️‍🩹 A simple “Thank you” holds a lot more power than we think.✨ It is a spell of completion for a transaction. Two nights ago, I finally got around to cooking the culebra (snake) ayahuasca, and then testing it on myself 🧪🫣 (this is always recommended immediately after brewing to test how potent the medicine is) During an ayahuasca ceremony I heard an unexpected voice — not a deity, not a spirit I recognized — but a presence that felt like a 14-year-old girl. 👧🏻 She told me she wanted one thing that I suspect she knows she can’t have: a family.
