This policy explains how Snakes & Roses handles your personal data, in line with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection (Habeas Data) and Decree 1377 of 2013.

What we collect
When you apply, we collect what you enter in the form: name, email, age range, optional WhatsApp number, your answers about your motivation and experience, and health information (medications and physical or mental health conditions). Health information is sensitive data under Colombian law. Giving it is voluntary, but we cannot safely review an application without it.
If you send a private-retreat enquiry, we collect the details you enter (name, email, optional WhatsApp number, who is travelling, preferred dates, your message, and the experiences and accommodation you selected). Please do not include health information in that enquiry. We ask for it only later, during the screening for an application.
Why we use it
Only to review your application, to check that participating is safe for you, to contact you about the retreat, and to prepare your stay. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which receives the form submissions. Your data may therefore be processed outside Colombia. We keep application data only as long as needed for the purposes above and delete it within [e.g. 24 months] after your retreat or after a declined application.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to know, update, correct or delete your data, ask for proof of your consent, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email address]. We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days. You can also file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
