Application and booking

Every place is subject to an application and a personal conversation. We may decline an application, especially for health or safety reasons. A place is confirmed once you receive written confirmation and the deposit is paid.

Price and payment

The Full Moon Retreat (group) costs USD 2,000 per person and includes shared accommodation at the taitas' private home, meals, ceremonies, the activities described on the website, and airport pickup and local transfers. Private accommodation can be arranged for an extra USD 400. Flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included.

Once attendance is confirmed from both sides, a USD 300 deposit is paid online through Stripe. The rest can be paid online before the retreat begins, or in cash on site.

Cancellation

Things happen, and plans change. Depending on how far along the retreat planning is, cancelling may mean forfeiting your deposit, so please tell us as early as you can. [Exact refund timeline, if you want to set one out, to confirm] If we have to cancel, you receive a full refund of what you paid.

Health and responsibility

You confirm that the information you give about your health and medications is complete and true. Participation in ceremony is voluntary and you can step back at any time. You take part at your own responsibility. Nothing on this website or during the retreat is medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace one. The facilitators may exclude a participant from ceremony if they consider it unsafe.

Travel

You are responsible for your passport, any entry requirements for Colombia, vaccinations recommended for the region, and travel insurance that covers medical emergencies.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
